ABOUT THE UNITS
  • The cottages are part of a spacious landscaped compound made up of six free standing buildings.  The layout provides for the perfect setting for family reunions – providing total sleeping capacity for up to 12 in four separate cottages.  (Get together but still have your space!!)
  • May thru October rentals by the week or longer are available. Reduced pricing is available for stays of 2 weeks or longer.
  • Each unit has kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishes, silverware, pots and pans.
  • Cable TV is also provided (bring your own VCR).
  • 1000' walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, kids & grownup entertainment.
  • The units each have yard areas with charcoal grills and outside furniture for your enjoyment.
  • Use our pavilion with gas grill, table & chairs and a fire pit ! Available to all guests for outdoor gatherings (see Vacations tab).
  • Picnic tables, additional chairs and gas grills provided.  Enjoy outdoor dining, games and socializing.
     
 OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION
  • Children welcome.  Sorry, No Pets; Kennel nearby.
  • Check in after 3 PM typically Saturday; Check out time is 11 AM
  • NO CREDIT CARDS accepted.  Personal check OK for deposit only
  • All units are NON-SMOKING
  • Security deposit of $100 CASH is due at check-in.
  • Deposit of one half of your stay is required to confirm your reservation.  As of April 1, payment is due in full.
  • After April 1, if cancellation is necessary we will try to re-rent.  If no loss is incurred a refund will be given.
  • WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING:  Linens, towels, beach chairs, bicycles,
